Welding and weld treatment

• The welding and polishing technique decide sanitary vessel quality , welding strength and surface polishing quality ensure vessel working life and operateing efficience.

Surface cleaning

• Sanitary vessel cleaning requirement is very strict, it need to be fully consideration during design process.No dead corner design can ensure the cleaning and sterilizing effect.
  
  
• Jhenten Machinery use CAD simulate the CIP spray scope, it can help to ensure clening effect and use least cleaning solution to reduce end user operating cost. Outside surface cleaning is also very important.Jhenten Machinery consider practicability as well as aesthetics during design ,outside surface should not only be cleaning easily, but also ensure operator safe.
